Kick start your idea and change your life over the course of 54 hours at Techstar's Startup Weekend for Impact Entrepreneurs. Startup Weekend in Great Barrington, MA is designed for you to bring your social impact business idea or business concept to life. We want you to come with your idea that can provide a measurable benefit to human and/or natural communities. We welcome ideas across all social and environmental disciplines and technologies including environmental, sustainability, housing, food and agriculture, wellness, mindfulness, women's empowerment, education, technology, data, AI, healthcare, pollution, waste, climate and hunger.

Lots of Energy! And a new idea! Please note that this has to be a new idea, not an exiting business.
What will you do in the 54 hours of this weekend?
Over the course of the weekend you'll be challenged to create a prototype of your MVP, or minimum viable product, that fits the needs of your target customer.
On Friday night you will pitch your own idea and/or listen to others. Then vote on the most interesting ideas and then form teams for the weekend. The teams will develop and validate your ideas and share them with the group and judges on DEMO SUNDAY.
Why are we organizing this weekend?
We are long-time residents of the Berkshires, dedicated to our community with a desire to develop a thriving eco-system for entrepreneurs. This is a not-for-profit event designed to find the entrepreneur spirit in all of us.
We aim to attract talented innovators and disruptors from around the Northeast and to establish Great Barrington and the Berkshires as a regional center for social and environmental innovation.
