As founder of amplified impact, a strategic advisory and research firm, Andrea has worked with trailblazers and pioneers the fields of social enterprise, civic innovation, venture philanthropy and impact investing over the past decade, helping to inform, strengthen and accelerate the impact of mission-driven executives, entrepreneurs, educators, accelerators, consultants, funders and field builders.

While deeply focused on strengthening individuals and organizations, Andrea is also a passionate advocate for developing and supporting the broader ‘fields’ of social innovation and impact investing. She works with intermediaries and universities to develop and push forward key learnings; advises and mentors impact entrepreneurs at several universities and accelerators; regularly serves as an evaluator and judge for national and local competitions and fellowships; and champions both national and local networks and field builders as an adviser, advocate and community builder.
Prior to her work in social impact, Andrea was a strategist with a Fortune 500 financial services organization, a research director at a Wall Street executive search firm, and a fundraiser with a national health organization. She earned her BA in Political Science at Boston College, MBA in Management and Finance at the University of Connecticut, and MPA in Leadership and Social Change at the Harvard Kennedy School.
